Each clip can be the effect of more than one type of effect. To give a visual effect on the video clip below steps:

1. Go to the Effects tab in the Project Window, then expandlah Video Effects option. Further expand the Adjust option anyway.

2. Then select Posterize effect, then drag it onto the Timeline in the Window, and place on one of the clips that are in the Video Track.

3. Then the Effect Controls tab display inside the Monitor Window display will look like the image below.
